A traditional action of Solidarity was conducted yesterday evening in Brest. It took place in the city center on crossing of Masherov and Cosmonauts avenues. The participants of the action were standing with the photos of the political prisoners.

The police also "took part" in action fulfilling there plan of catching "criminals": four BUNT activists were arrested. Syargey Srednikau, Ivan Stasiuk and two girls were set free after several hours passed. Yaugen Skarbets, activist of “European Belarus”, was arrested too.

Ivan Stasuk is awaiting a court scheduled at 10 a.m. today. He is accused of distributing of printed information (leaflets) without registration.
