A court hearing on the “case of the 14” will begin on April 16 at 10 am in the Mensk central district court.

A. Koipish (BUNT), M. Pashkevich, A. Bondar, A. Barazenka, P. Vinagradau, U. Syargeyeu, A. Dubski, A. Straltsou, A. Charnyshou, A. Kim, M. Kryvau, M. Subach, T. Tsishkevich, and M. Dashuk are being charged according to the case invoked with relation to the rally of entrepreneurs, which occurred on January 10 in Mensk.

The young people are being charged with Article 342-1 of the Criminal Code: “Organization and preparation of actions which severely disrupt civil order, or active participation in them.” This article provides for penalties ranging from fines to three year imprisonment.

A court hearing against Andrei Kim will also take place on April 16. He is being accused on two indictments.
